I ordered and applied the specific paste again (I have no reason why I ended up with this one, to be honest) and fortunately got the expected results: over 20°C difference! The moral lesson is as follows: if you're going to do a job, do it right - especially when it comes to basic laptop maintenance that is done once every 1-2 years.

Το ηθικό δίδαγμα είναι το εξής: αν είναι να κάνεις μια δουλειά, κάνε την σωστά - πόσο μάλλον όταν μιλάμε για βασική συντήρηση λάπτοπ που γίνεται μια φορά στα 1-2 χρόνια.
Very good paste compared to the NOCTUA NT-H1 I had, on a Ryzen 1200 non-usage (at the start of the computer) it reached 21 degrees (room temperature 19C)!!
It comes with sealed packaging with a cloth, there is no spatula.
CAUTION in application!!! The paste is extracted in a flat way and not in a pea-sized manner, and gently press the syringe.
Its price is fair, recommended.
