Education shapes culture, but its quality is a result of the cultural level of the peoples. Exactly this interdependence the author attempts to substantiate with convincing and clear discourse, making an effort to develop and evaluate as many justifications and interpretations of the major problems that currently afflict humanity as possible, and exploring how they can be addressed through education.
