4 stars because they are indeed sensitive to hand washing. I don't care about those who put them in the washing machine, no matter the temperature or program, they deserve it. No sports shoes should go in the washing machine, and those who say otherwise and don't get damaged... well, okay, but you can't blame a product when you've done something that is prohibited by the manufacturer's instructions. Especially when you buy something with glitter, it's obvious that it will shed everywhere, you don't even need the manufacturer's instructions to tell you that. No sports shoes in the washing machine, it's sacrilege. A toothbrush and soap dish make your white sneakers look new and they don't get damaged. For kids with big feet like my daughter, the other more expensive ones hurt her because of the internal seams. So consider this for those whose kids have big feet and complain about pain. These are comfortable without annoying seams inside, unlike leather ones from well-known brands. Since my child doesn't feel any pain and I'm satisfied with this price.
