    I haven't used it outdoors for more than 5 minutes, even with clouds, and that was with great difficulty. Indoors, it's fine, I haven't encountered any issues. Generally, the batteries drain quickly. For example, in measurements of 5 hours, during which I turned it on and off, a pair of batteries drained. It's okay for its price. I didn't expect anything extreme.

    I got it to have a second auxiliary laser. It is not suitable for outdoor use at all. Its laser is very weak and cannot be seen in an outdoor space, not even in shade when it is more than ten meters away. It works fine for indoor use.

Under sunlight, the screen appears faint, the laser is not visible when aiming at a point, so you are not sure what you are measuring.
