    The grill worked only for 6 months! It raised the temperature, resulting in a problem with one of its components. Up to this point, let's say it's okay, it happens, I would say.

    I ordered the spare part from the company where I bought it on 3/1/2021.

    The spare part I ordered is lightweight, small in size, and low cost.

    The lack of spare parts from the factory in Europe (Germany or the Netherlands), waiting from China, the amateurism of the companies that the local representatives collaborate with abroad, as well as the indifference towards after-sales support for customers, unfortunately makes CADAC and all its products an unreliable solution for purchase.

    I am disappointed with this purchase.

    Choice of product, mediocre quality of construction, and after-sales support from a representative/reseller in Greece.

    June 2021 After 4 months of "struggling" with the representatives in Greece, I contacted the UK representative and they assisted me in less than a week!!!!
