With so much advertising and such a price, I expected something better. I constantly have an issue with the Noise Cancellation cutting off my voice and the bass is mediocre.

  • Very good sound, that is, if you make certain adjustments you can get maximum sound, on the PlayStation it makes it fully powerful but also on the PC. I believe it's one of the best headsets for me that I've tried, the microphone is incredible, it might even be better than professional ones, you hear your voice perfectly.

The cleanest sound for CS2 (do not use 7.1 surround, it does not help) compared to 200 euro headsets. Amazing microphone that, especially with BLUEVO!CE, you can almost adjust it to broadcast on the radio.

P.S. Bad application. When I say bad, it has good settings to fix almost everything, but it often bugs with some games (e.g. with CS2, if you ALT+TAB and reopen the game, the sound gets 'muffled' and drops to levels where you might only hear 50% even when at maximum)

I can't figure out the software. Other than that, it seems fair to me. Nothing amazing. I preferred the Kraken 7.1 but I decided to try something else after 8 years of use. I regret the purchase but that doesn't mean it's bad.
With minimal use, the left cushion suddenly came off. I couldn't manage to put it back on. Either way, I find it unacceptable that it comes off so easily and for no reason. The fact that I can't put it back in place might be my fault, I don't know, but it really disappointed me.

Two stars only for the good sound and microphone. After a little over two years, the head cushion wore out, while the leather ear cups wore out much earlier. Suddenly, one day the right headphone stopped working, and the cable with the volume control often had problems (in some positions of the dial, one headphone sounded quieter). Ridiculous for the €100 I paid, for which, while we may not expect studio headphone sound quality, we at least expect good build quality. Unfortunately, 'Pro' is only in the name… They were fine while they worked, but for their price I wouldn't recommend them.

    Ridiculous for their price.

I have had these specific headphones for about 2 years now.
I give two stars for the very good sound quality and the quite good and clear quality of the headset. And that's where the positives stop.
For the problems, I will mention the issues with the software. Their app never worked well, and in the last six months, they couldn't work at all with the use of the USB adaptor they have. However, they did work if you connected them to the regular headset jack of the computer. Also, the leather ear pads peeled off completely within a year, but fortunately, there are spare fabric ones so I switched to those. And finally, today, after these 2 years of not so intense use, their structural failure came, as shown in the photos. Maybe it was because I usually took them off with one hand, and not carefully with both hands. But still....
In conclusion, visually their build quality seems good. Practically though, they are rubbish.

After 2-3 hours, your ears hurt. The construction is terrible in my opinion. Now, regarding the sound, no, it's not what I expected; I was hoping for something better and not to spend 4-5 days on forums to find, for example, some good settings.

Coming from Kraken and BlackShark v2, I decided to try Logitech headphones for the first time. I downloaded the app and set the best possible settings from the Logitech Community in the app. The bass in the music is very fake, like listening to someone hitting a wall, or the sound isolation is better than Razer's, but anyone who has tried Razer's THX sound system should know that Logitech doesn't even come close to 1% of Razer's sound quality. The only area where these headphones were better for me was in sound isolation; after long hours of use, they are bearable on the head, and the quality of the cable is 99% Chinese. The control on the headphones for adjusting the volume or muting hits the plastic as soon as it touches you and sounds like a broken piston. They are not worth the €100 they cost; you can get much better and higher quality ones for €70-80. I returned them to their box on the second day of use, and it was a disappointment

I am not satisfied, it is not suitable for FPS games where you need to hear footsteps. In PUBG, the footsteps are non-existent; in Rainbow6Siege, you can't tell where they are coming from. I have been struggling with the settings in the app for the past 2 hours trying to fix it, but nothing works. It is not worth it for FPS games; for LoL, Dota2, and single-player games, it's okay, but not for FPS. If you want headphones for FPS games, get the Creative SXFI Gamer

Mine came with a second set of fabric cushions, and fortunately so, because the leather ones started to wear out after two summers of sweat and daily use. The software might be unnecessary and cumbersome for an average user.

Compare to the old Razer Kraken and Electra V2, those ones have managed to survive more than a week, and I can see them surviving over a 3 years, their quality is better, the mic is over all better, and the Logitech software doesn't come with bloatware.

Over all, sound is a 10/10 same with microphone thanks to Blue VOICE. The wireless editions would be much better to have though since you can also connect your phone via bluetooth.

Excellent in terms of construction and material quality. It comes with 2 sets of pads, one with leather pads and the other with fabric pads (perfect for our warm summer). Due to discomfort with the leather pads, I use the fabric ones and I am satisfied! The sound is perfect even without using the 7.1 (which is somewhat useless as it worsens the sound and footsteps in games are heard perfectly without it), the mic is honestly the best, many good things about its quality. HOWEVER, the use of the G Hub is necessary because the blue voice technology is only available through their software. One issue I had was that the cable magnetizes and tangles at one point, causing it to wear out. However, this was easily fixed when I disconnected them from the computer for a few hours while cleaning it, and since then it hasn't happened again. I bought them for 100 euros from a well-known chain and I believe they were worth every penny, I highly recommend them to everyone!

The build quality is quite good.
If someone has large ears, they should not prefer them.
They are relatively comfortable for long gaming sessions.
The 7.1 sound is mediocre compared to the Logitech G633 Artemis Spectrum, which is a 10-year-old model, and compared to other 7.1 headsets.
Also, it is very important to note that there is a serious problem with the volume of the headphones. They sound about 20% lower than other headphones, resulting in not being able to hear footsteps of other players, etc.
To solve this problem, which should not exist in such expensive headphones, especially in this Logitech brand, some specialized settings need to be made, which cannot be done by anyone. If you don't know much about computers and sound cards, do not prefer them.
Also, the cable is extended, which it shouldn't be, because the more connections, the more damage and sound loss. It is also quite short.

The headphones are excellent, do not hesitate at all to get them. Perfect sound, very good ear cushions (with Leather or Fabric) depending on what suits each person and very good insulation. Awesome microphone +1 that it is detachable. Many cables depending on how you want to use them.

Owner of the Razer Kraken Ultimate.
I bought them for a day and returned them the next day. (Luckily, I got my money back) Below, yes, the sound is clear and nice, but in terms of volume, it was completely disappointing! I had it at 100% for music and it still lacked volume to increase. It's not like Razer's powerhouse headphones that blow your mind with volume and bass.

  • At first glance, these headphones are very good and have not allowed me to find anything negative about them so far. The sound is very clear, the bass is good, the sound isolation is good, the microphone is excellent, and in my opinion, they are quite comfortable. The menu settings on the g hub are exceptional, with many ready-made settings if you're too lazy to customize them yourself. The build quality is excellent and they come with extra cushions (not leather like the first ones, of course). I believe they are worth their money.

Excellent headset and one of the best you can choose.

If you have an issue and can't hear well from one earphone or the microphone seems dead, try adjusting the cable that connects to the speakers and "play" a little to the right and left until the earphone and microphone catch sound! Also, be careful that the microphone may be muted by the small clip, as well as the sound of the headphones may be relatively low from the volume bar.

Very high-quality construction, I recommend downloading the Logitech G Hub software and playing with the settings.

I will return with updates if anything changes, for now, it's a comfortable 5/5!

I start the review for the reason why I give 4 stars. The reason is because I don't have a complete opinion yet. As much as I could process and listen to music, it has left positive indications. In terms of quality, they are much better than Razer. Coming from Razer, I believe that I don't regret giving 95€ for these headphones. It has very good quality and not everything is plastic, fearing that they might break at some point. I will come back with updates as soon as I install the program and work with them more

The quality of the microphone is quite good compared to other headsets I have used in the past. The sound quality is terrible, I can't enjoy music with these headphones. My ears hurt when I wear them. I wouldn't recommend them.

Mainly got it for work so I don't have an opinion on gaming, but I can say that it is excellent for multimedia and calls (teams). Crystal clear sound and a very good microphone.

Nice sound but after a few hours, your ears start to hurt. The surface of the headphones presses on the ear.. I have to put the second set of earpads on top to create some distance. Those of you with a big head, be careful.

  • With so much advertising and such a price, I expected something better.

  • The cleanest sound for CS2 (do not use 7.1 surround, it does not help) compared to 200 euro headsets.
