The Pathos Ultimate Carbon Soft long fins feature blades made from pure 285-T4 and 285-T2 carbon fiber, with a 4X4 outer weave and a 2X2 inner weave. The rubber side rails direct the water flow and reduce lateral blade movement during use.

The blade has a flap-shaped tip that adds thrust at the end of the stroke, and an internal C-Curve design that transfers power along its entire length. It has a 28° angle, and each pair undergoes 36 hours of heat treatment and 24 hours of pressure curing at 8 tons.
