The Nava Nature baking pan is rectangular and deep, made of aluminum with a stone non-stick interior coating. The coating makes it easier to remove food and clean the pan. Its construction helps distribute heat evenly.
Before first use, wash with hot water, dish soap and a soft sponge. Grease the inside with oil or butter before each use. Do not overheat when empty; the maximum operating temperature is 230 °C. To care for the non-stick coating, use wooden, plastic or silicone utensils, avoid sharp utensils and metal scouring pads, and hand-washing is recommended.
