I got them for olive harvesting but in a very difficult spot... we're talking about a steep slope... imagine, before these I got hiking boots from Lidl and they lasted only 4 days in these conditions..! I will update about their durability... I've been wearing them for 2 weeks now and they are perfect..! *Note: I have put gel insoles in them as I do with all my shoes, which definitely help with comfort

Very good fit on the foot, partially waterproof, the previous ones lasted 3 years of very hard work on construction sites and not only, even on the mountain for hiking. Personally, they have suited me very well. However, I believe that a work shoe really depends on what fits each person's foot.
