It is the second jug of this type that I have purchased. The first one fell and broke (that's how glass ones are). Among glass jugs of this type and shape, I have not found a larger capacity (1.7 liters). It has the great advantage of fitting and fitting on the side shelves of the refrigerator (in terms of its width, its largest surface, that is, on the side) without difficulty. Its handle is very good in grip (it is large and you hold it with all your fingers, without difficulty in letting go and picking it up again. In another one we have, the handle is small and does not leave a satisfactory gap between the body of the jug and the handle, resulting in sometimes pinching the fingers).
The only issue it may have is the lid. It locks well, stays in place, but the flow of water, when, for example, you want to fill a glass, is not good, resulting in some water going outside the target, the glass.
