The CE-JS 8/1 Jump-Start & Power Bank from Einhel is a compact and user-friendly jump-start & power supply unit, making it the ideal companion for any vehicle on the move. 

With just one device, you can start your car's dead battery and quickly and easily charge devices such as mobile phones, tablets, cameras, etc. The built-in powerful lithium polymer battery of the CE-JS 8 with a capacity of 3 x 2500 mAh ensures sufficient power at all times.

Built-in LED flashlight for emergencies

Another useful feature of this small power station is the built-in LED work light with steady light, flashing beacon light & SOS signal for various emergency situations. 

Additionally, a 5V / 2A USB port and an extra fast-charging port are also integrated to easily charge various devices.

What does it mean that the Einhell CE-JS 8 is a battery starter?

A jump starter is used to start a vehicle when its battery is depleted or weak. If the battery, for example, of the car does not have enough power to start the engine, the jump starter provides the necessary energy to start it.

Therefore, it cannot be used as a battery charger as it has only a starting function.

    The truth is that it didn't visually appeal to me, but the 2 times I needed it, it managed to start 2 different cars just fine. The usage was not intuitive at all (boost button - it's not the time to read instructions), but it wasn't a problem. As a power bank, it doesn't support fast charging, and for some reason, it doesn't charge even as slow charging. 3 phones I tried displayed a message to check the charging cable because the charging watts were too weak, I assume. Even for the current price of €85, it's probably too expensive for what it is. It also recharges relatively slowly. Even as a flashlight, it's useless, weak at night if you get a flat tire. In short, forget any other feature and just keep in mind that it can actually start a car battery - until further notice. I think there are superior products for the same money.
