Sika MonoTop 109 cementitious waterproofing is a single-component powder mortar to which water is added before use. It is applied to walls and in basements to waterproof and protect basements, foundations, retaining walls, tanks and inspection chambers, as well as brick, concrete or stone surfaces.
Apply with a brush, trowel or float before backfilling or the final stage of construction.
