Thus, fir honey from Mainalo, Parnonas, and Helmos stands out due to the cream reflections created inside it and is called "Vanilla Fir." Generally, fir honey has a deep honey color, darker in some areas and lighter in others. Due to its low natural sugar content, it does not crystallize at all and is the only variety of honey with this property among the others.
