I used this tape to secure the top and bottom part of the mesh on my balcony. By the way, I had also tied it with cable ties, so there was some weight on the tape. The tape swelled and came off at several points due to weather conditions (rain, sun, wind). In other words, it was useless. In one spot where I had used regular transparent adhesive tape the width of cardboard boxes (because I didn't have enough of this Patex tape), it stayed as it was, with a few drops of moisture underneath, but it stayed in place. In the store where I bought the Patex, there was a similar, lesser-known brand that was cheaper, and I chose this one because it was more well-known. I don't see a reason for anyone to spend so much money on such a short length of tape that doesn't stick. Unless it is suitable for other uses and not the one I tried it for.
