this disappointed me, unlike the other magnesium I take, it caused digestive upset and abdominal pain.

It does almost nothing for any of the things magnesium helps with, e.g. sleep, cramps, anxiety, etc. Only if you have a complete deficiency will you notice any difference

I have been taking it for quite some time following my orthopedist's advice. I believe it has helped me, even with my sleep, by taking it at night.

I have taken magnesium before for cramps and fatigue and I really saw results. With this magnesium, it helped with the cramps, but it caused me drowsiness and I would wake up extremely tired, so much that I got worried. I stopped taking it and I recovered. The same thing happened to two other people in the family

I didn't notice that it is 90% oxide, I bought all 300 capsules for nothing. Even though the description says citrate.

The only thing this can help you with is constipation.

It is the 3rd time I buy it.
I will do a reverse review and mention the differences when I stopped taking it...
Cramps, more nerves and more restlessness during sleep.
That's how I realized it works

Unfortunately, I still have cramps after a month of consumption, do not see any improvements after workout etc. Worse results compared to other brands that I've tried before

Just fine! I sleep better! For everything else I have no opinion yet! After 3 months of use I can say that it helped with cramps at the gym and I no longer have much pain during my period! It works just fine and the price is very good

I used them for six months taking one capsule every day. I am a marathon swimmer and I had frequent cramps so taking a magnesium supplement was considered necessary. The cramps did not stop until I started taking a natural dietary supplement. I got this particular product from a store that sells supplements for athletes. Unfortunately, it did not bring the expected results…

I take 1 capsule every night and I noticed a significant difference in my sleep, I wake up feeling more rested. The improvement is still there (almost 3 months since I started it).

I have bought it before and it was fine. This time instead of helping me sleep, it wakes me up earlier because it causes me gas and diarrhea

After 10+ kilometers of running, my legs were on the verge of collapse. With magnesium, 2 tablets 1 hour before the workout, my legs feel fresh!

For its cost, it is definitely value for money. My husband, when he takes it, does not suffer from cramps that he used to have.

I had taken this specific magnesium before and it didn't bother me! So I reordered it and after 20 days of taking it, it gave me diarrhea... After I stopped it, the diarrhea stopped too! Maybe they changed something in the formulation, I don't know how to explain it...

For the musculoskeletal issues, I don't know because I pay a lot of attention after continuous problems, but regarding sleep, it relaxes me after an hour of taking it and I sleep better.

Because I have fibromyalgia and have tried several magnesium products, this particular product does not work at all. Even with the double dose I took at night, I cannot sleep, while with other products there is a significant difference. Now, regarding the spasms that the muscles have, in this area it does manage quite a bit, but it is not the best. Overall, I am quite disappointed with the purchase and I definitely would not buy it again

After two months, I realized that it did not contribute at all to the absorption of vitamin D I was taking. Additionally, it caused digestive disturbance (diarrhea).

Good comments but you need to first do some research on the type of magnesium that suits you. This product contains magnesium oxide which may bother you quite a bit.

It is truly an exceptional product! To me, at least, it seemed to work right from the start. Leg cramps during sleep stopped, as well as headaches from neck pain and poor posture at night on the pillow. Next time, I will buy the larger package to cover both my needs and those of my spouse, even though only one capsule is required per day.

I have been taking them for a week and I have seen significant differences between before and after...
Cramps and sprains, "GOODBYE"

Very good, I bought it for 5€ as an alternative to what I used to buy from the neighborhood pharmacy.
At the price I bought it, it was satisfactorily enough, but now at around 7.5€ I am looking back to the neighborhood again...

Very good product. Before, I used another well-known and expensive brand, and as soon as I discovered this one, I decided to try it, and it is equally effective but at half the price and with a larger quantity!

I give it 5 stars, an excellent product indeed. I consider Swanson to be the top in vitamins, especially specializing in magnesium. It works perfectly for me, especially in terms of sleep and muscle fatigue, especially during the summer months when the problem with cramps is intense. However, it should always be taken in combination with calcium, as these two complement each other and are necessary for balance in the body. Taking magnesium alone (or calcium alone) is very likely not to lead to the desired result, although this specific formulation is excellent without any doubt.

Easy to swallow

Flawless product, which is very good in terms of price and quality. I highly recommend it, however, while I used to take other magnesium supplements before bed, I now take it in the morning and it gives me a lot of energy!

Very good magnesium... excellent quality and at a very low price compared to competitors... Highly recommended... excellent quality from Swanson in everything...!!!
