It depends on what needs you want to serve. If you have the ability for frequent changes, which is also healthier, it's great, without leaks. Having a bedridden patient, frequent changes are exhausting for both. On the other hand, it could possibly be used in combination with a more absorbent product, for daily use to limit costs, and for hygiene reasons. Maybe I'll give it a try.
