• Remove the protective cover and select body mode.
• Measure at the center of the forehead, ensuring the area is free of hair, sweat, or dirt.

• Avoid measuring immediately after exercise, eating or drinking, or moving between environments with very different temperatures.

Measurement time: The measurement is completed in 3 seconds when the device is at the correct distance from the center of the forehead.

Important: The NC 200 has automatic distance control. This does not eliminate the need for a clean, dry forehead and stable conditions before measurement.
