The unacceptable thing is that the dealership refuses to fix it, even though it is under warranty, nor does it replace it as it should normally do, because it does not import this specific model!! They refund the money, but I bought it on Black Friday and considering inflation, this is a joke!!
The company P&G (Procter & Gamble) responsible for the warranty... "washes its hands"!!

Simply unacceptable product!! After 3 months, it started to smell like mold. Because I wash the container and the brush after each use, I couldn't understand where the smell was coming from... until I decided to disassemble it! For some reason, the space where the brush goes holds water, and there is no way to clean it!!! U N A C C E P T A B L E!!!!

After 10 days of purchase, it started working whenever it wanted and, most importantly, it wouldn't stop. After contacting the service, it was returned for replacement, but since then 45 days have passed and replacement has still not been made.
Στις 10 ημερες μετα την αγορα , αρχισε να λειτουργει οποτε ηθελε και το κυριοτερο δεν σταματουσε. Μετα απο επικοινωνια με το service επιστραφηκε προς αντικατασταση , αλλα απο τοτε εχουν πετρασει 45 ημερες και ακομη δεν εχει γινει αντικατασταση.
I have had it for less than a year and I use it twice a day. Overall, it does the job and cleans food from difficult areas that brushing alone cannot remove. I would prefer it to have a stronger pressure than what it claims to be the maximum. The function I use permanently is the maximum with rotation.
However, my rating is low due to the quality of construction.
* the water tank, if it comes out of its position, does not reattach properly. It has a flange that obviously is not sufficient or not very good. If you need to clean it from salts or mold, be careful not to detach it during use, as it will sit loosely afterwards.
* about six months later, the power button works whenever it wants and however it wants. So it either doesn't start when you want it to or it starts on its own in the middle of the night. It is also capable of starting to work during transport (e.g. if you go on a trip).
* I find the battery to be average to good, but come on, put an indicator so we know what condition it is in.
* The replacement parts come off after 4-6 months because the internal propeller sticks or catches salts/mold etc. They are not very common in stores, but you can at least find them on the Internet.
As a tool, the water flosser is very useful, it will save you from many things. I probably wouldn't choose this one again and because it seems to have some issues, I will likely look for something else.

* περίπου έξι μήνες μετά το κουμπί λειτουργίας δουλεύει όποτε θέλει και όπως θέλει. Τυχαίνει λοιπόν ή να μην ξεκινάει όταν θες ή να ξεκινάει μόνο του μέσα στο βράδυ. Επίσης είναι ικανό να ξεκινήσει να δουλεύει κατά τη μεταφορά (εάν πχ πάτε ένα ταξίδι)
* Τη μπαταρία τη βρίσκω μέτρια προς καλή αλλά ρε φίλε βάλτε μια ένδειξη να ξέρουμε σε τι κατάσταση είναι.
* Τα ανταλλακτικά της μετά από 4-6 μήνες βγαίνουν off γιατί κολλάει η έλικα που έχουν εσωτερικά ή πιάνουν άλατα / μούχλα κλπ. Γενικά δεν είναι και πολύ διαδεδομένα σε καταστήματα, αλλά τα βρίσκεις τουλάχιστον στο Internet
Σαν εργαλείο το water flosser είναι πολύ χρήσιμο, θα σας γλυτώσει από πολλά. Το συγκεκριμένο μάλλον δεν θα το προτιμούσα ξανά και επειδή φαίνεται να τα παίζει εύκολα, πιθανότατα θα ψάξω για κάτι άλλο.
