As soon as you open it, it smells unbelievably bad to the point that you can't even enter the bathroom, let alone bring it close to your head... (I left it thinking maybe it was like that the first time and would get better, but nothing changed even after a long time, and it didn't turn off by itself as it says), and even if you try to use it on your hair, it does nothing, and the temperature it claims, 230 degrees, is definitely not that high because I had another one before that said 180 and it heated up 10 times more than this one. It's definitely very few degrees because at its max, at 230, I could touch my hand on it and not get burned. Also, the tips bend as soon as they get a little warm and overall it does absolutely nothing to the hair. Also, its cord is very short, so short that it doesn't reach anywhere. The temperature and whether it's on, the buttons and the screen are all on the wrong side, so if you touch it you can't see if it's working or how hot it is... it's an incredibly useless product from every perspective. (They send you this pink one that they have in one photo and not the other one that looks a bit better quality in all the other photos they have for misleading purposes) Stay away, it's better to just take your money and throw it away somewhere..
