I had a Philips for several years, at least 6-7 maybe even more... and when it eventually started to malfunction... I decided to go again with a machine from the same company...

This particular one, after more than a year of use... Has no issues... It seems like it will last quite a while too...

As for its use... it has many options and cutting settings for both head and beard... And also its grip is quite convenient... at least for me it's comfortable... and very lightweight...

Excellent product of very good quality. Since I use the machine only for trimming, I would like it to be a little smaller in size. I highly recommend it!!

It is suitable for hair cutting. With the thickest comb I do the top hair and with the medium one the sides and the back. It gives a good result. The medium comb needs attention, it breaks after a few years.

Initially, the machine seemed quite good and operated satisfactorily, but my overall experience was disappointing due to the low durability of the materials.

After just 2-3 uses, the clasp of the beard comb broke. I continued to use it carefully, but a few days ago another part broke (as shown in the photos I have), resulting in the machine being unusable.

Negatives:
Extremely fragile construction – plastic parts break with minimal use.
Does not come with a carrying case or blade cover.

Conclusion:
Unfortunately, although Philips is a reputable company, this particular machine proved unreliable. Such wear and tear is unjustifiable with so few uses. I would not recommend it unless the build quality is improved.

I didn't read the description carefully and unfortunately I messed up. It doesn't have a setting for 1, 1.5 millimeters and I have to use it without a cover for 0.5 and then directly 2mm. I wanted a machine that is only for generation but this one doesn't do that.

I don't remember if I bought it through Skroutz, but I have had the machine since 2019-2020 if I remember correctly. It has no issues (aside from the battery, which is normal to decline after so many years). It cleans with water, the fork hasn't suffered any damage, it doesn't need lubrication or sharpening of the blades

I mostly use it for beard trimming (without a comb, 1 mm) and some body hair trimming. It works very well, battery last long enough and the machine itself feels very premium... In contrast to the plastic combs, they're very fragile and even cheap, even no-name Chinese trimmers use better combs.

Coming from professional machines, 18 years as a barber but I don't make a living from it... The machine is VFM. Powerful, compact, high-quality. I like that it only has two attachments with adjustable length. The professional Wahl I had was bothering me with its 50 different attachments for each length despite costing three times as much. Given my experience, I will buy Phillips again.
