Extremely high-quality construction. Absolutely no comparison to a regular cable.
I use it for direct connection of a Dell monitor to a MacBook Pro 2020 without any issues.
I bought it to connect my laptop to an older television and used it for a short time. Besides getting tired of the connection process (although it's not difficult), the most important problem is that it gets extremely hot. I mean to the point where you burn yourself when you try to remove it, and the laptop also heats up, so I decided not to push it.
It raises crazy temperatures in 5 minutes. I won't use it because I'm afraid it might damage the screen or the MacBook.
I bought it to connect my phone to a second screen and it doesn't work at all, I don't know what's wrong... really disappointed !!!
Quality construction, connects seamlessly with Macbook Pro 2016 and TV. I highly recommend it for its price.
