Thanks to advanced digital signal processing, it has the ability to offer three different directional modes in the same versatile microphone: supercardioid, unidirectional, and omnidirectional.

A small-sized microphone offering supercardioid capability

Eight high-performance microphone units combined with a new beamforming algorithm for high-precision directionality that effectively rejects off-axis sound. All this is achieved by a small-sized microphone, which does not exceed 99.3 mm in length.

Superb Sound with Minimal Noise

When connected to the multi-interface shoe of a compatible camera that includes a built-in digital audio interface, the audio signal is transferred directly to the camera in digital form, ensuring no distortions. By flipping a switch, it becomes compatible with a wide range of cameras that have an analog interface.

Wireless Connection

Place the microphone in the multi-interface shoe of a compatible camera for direct power and audio connection, and get rid of extra cables and batteries.     Nice microphone, I usually use it with the A7III & A7sIII. It has good sound quality, and I believe it's worth the 239€ I paid for it. The good thing about this microphone is that it doesn't require a cable to connect to the camera (applies to Sony). It stands out a bit, but that's a minor drawback. It has better sound quality compared to the equivalent from Rode.
    If you want a wireless microphone, it's really good.

    *Update 19-12-2021: Guys, this microphone is simply perfect. I've tried other more expensive ones, and I have to say that this one has the best sound. It's one of the best microphones I've used. It also has flexibility so that it doesn't interfere with the camera's base and eliminates vibrations if it's placed somewhere. It's super small, super convenient, and very lightweight compared to the Rode ones, which stand out a lot, resulting in them almost not fitting in the frame with wide lenses like the Sony 12-24, for example.

    **Update 30-06-2023: Simply amazing. I bought an NTG Pro from Rode, but this one is far better. Also, with the DJI RS3 Pro gimbal and the Sony FX3 & A7sIII, the microphone doesn't interfere with almost any lens, like the 16-35 GM, 24 GM, 50 GM f/1.2, when you tilt the gimbal vertically for low-angle shots.
    Honestly, if you have a Sony, this is possibly the best choice after XLR, which is huge, especially for travel and run-and-gun situations.
