I have ordered the same bluetooth devices and they have various problems. The first one kept lowering the volume by itself while I was talking and the button to turn it on and off was broken. The second one suddenly turned off one day and never charged again. Also, it has a short range, from one room to another it loses signal and when you get closer I don't know if it reconnects.

Excellent product. Two months of continuous use and it works great! It is worth its money and more!!

I have bought 4 so far. Only the first one turned out to be decent and still works properly. The only thing that broke was the plastic supports on the clip. In general, all 4 behave differently. Different vibration. In short, it's a matter of luck if you get a good one. Personally, 1 out of 4

So, I bought one a year ago. It broke but it was ok... I bought it again now, but it came defective, the handset doesn't retract, it was extremely slow... I sent it back... another one came, it keeps disconnecting... in one hour it disconnects 4 to 5 times... I had read the latest reviews which were negative but I thought it couldn't be, but in the end their latest batches are terrible... I put it aside and ordered another one from a different company... don't waste your money on this.

Breaks easily. I took it to service, they replaced it, and the new one broke again. Meanwhile, because it suits me, I had bought a second one for when the first is in service, but that broke too.

Yesterday afternoon I picked up from the store and the extra earphone doesn't work. It fits into the socket difficultly and when I turn it on, it completely cancels the sound from the other earphone as well. And because I have another older model, it works at 5% and completely shuts off the other earphone. Obviously, there is some problem with the wiring of the earphone.
