The so-called Cyprus issue is a classic example of the complexity of a problem that could be resolved by the simple application of international law and the declarations of international organizations.
However, a conspiratorial approach has developed from the side of Ankara, the success of which has been based exclusively on myths that Turkey and its allies have cultivated to promote their ambitions on the island, as well as to obstruct any prospect of understanding and resolving the issue.
In his book, Costas Gennaris attempts a demystification, which simultaneously reveals the conspiracy from the East against Cyprus and its people, with the active assistance of international actors who today claim a leading and guiding role in promoting a solution to the Cyprus problem.
This work aims to contribute to the "liberation" from the "mythomania" as well as from the "mythology," in order to open the way to a dialogue that will be based on a complete awareness and understanding of the facts.
