Useful coffee maker. I had exactly the same one which broke after four years of heavy use, so keep in mind that its lifespan is not unlimited. Good value for money.

Very convenient machine. I am writing this review today after six months of daily use (2-3 coffees) and absolutely no maintenance. I always use bottled water. Today it stopped dispensing water. It turned out the nozzle was clogged with limescale. I saw on YouTube how to clean it and it was super easy. In 3 minutes you’re drinking your coffee. Simple and nice. Perfect!!!

I had it for five years, it fell and broke, so I had to buy a new one. I got the same model again. It's tough as nails, very durable. If you use the company's capsules, it makes coffee just like at the coffee shop.

It makes a lot of noise when operating. The espresso cup moves from its position as the machine works because the whole thing shakes.

The first one we got gave us 6 years of trouble-free operation with various capsules. We replaced it a year ago as it was not worth repairing and for €54 we got a new one which works perfectly. I would buy it again because it makes very good coffee, is very easy to clean and you can find compatible capsules online with amazing coffee quality and much cheaper than Dolce Gusto's.

Excellent machine, I was very late to join the "capsule club" and I realize that I lost a lot of money with deliveries. I got Dolce Gusto instead of Nespresso or something else, as it is the most "playful" option with alternative drinks and mainly a huge range of cocoa. I've had it for a few days and every time it makes coffee and drinks that have nothing to envy from a coffee shop product. I can't tell the difference from the result of the Nespresso we have at work, so probably the difference is purely a matter of marketing, supposedly being more "sophisticated".

So far, the coffee maker works properly. It even wakes me up in the morning when I press the button, the noise from the pump cause refreshment, especially the first try :)

Very good for its price. I have already had it for 3 months and it works flawlessly. Before this one, I had the old Krups which broke down after 11 years of use!

Unfortunately, there is not a wide variety of capsules, and you have to search online. I do not like the taste of the capsules that Dolce Gusto produces at all. I bought reusable capsules and was not satisfied. It is better to spend an extra 20-30€ and get a Nespresso, which has a huge variety of capsules with a much better taste.

It is excellent!!! Small and miraculous! It makes many different drinks. It requires a bit of searching for the variety of capsules it takes, but you can find them. Especially the Starbucks ones for dolce gusto are perfect!

Just fine for my needs. Easy and quick. I find capsules everywhere. The head gets clogged, that's why it has a little metal piece at the back between the water and the machine. The head needs cleaning with the metal piece to remove the limescale. To make it last longer

It is definitely worth the money. The water tank is small (which is evident from its name - mini). There is not a wide variety of capsules in the supermarket for this one, but for me, the ones available are sufficient.

I used it in the army at the KPSM, the machine can withstand 12 hours working in water and making coffee, the coffee is very nice, overall it is worth more than its price

I don't know much about coffee makers but!
To start, I give it 5/5 because:

1) It doesn't make as much noise as they say, only if you leave it without water do you actually hear the pressure pump.

2) It has plenty of space in the water tank, enough for 4 cups of coffee (cappuccino).

3) The shelf for the cup that you place on top is adjustable in 3 height levels (very nice!).

4) It is at a very good price (60 euros) in my opinion.

5) It has the option for the coffee to come out quite hot and maintain its temperature, or to be at the temperature of the water you have added at that moment (e.g., cold or at room temperature).

6) Ability to adjust the amount of water in the coffee cup (very practical for me).

I don't know if I should mention anything else, but I am very satisfied!

I bought an adapter and I use Nespresso capsules that have more flavors and options. I have used it extensively and it is like new. Really value for money

It is very elegant. It makes good coffee with the original capsules, but with the rest, sometimes it gets blocked and doesn't work.
However, the price-quality ratio is satisfactory!

It's great for its price. Just remember to remove the capsule as soon as the distillation is finished because if you leave it inside for several hours, the drawer does not open easily. You should let it work with the old capsule for a while until it warms up and then the drawer opens

The coffee maker is very good value for money. Great variety in different types of coffee, tea, and hot chocolates. It's worth every euro!

I had it in red and it broke. Unfortunately for me, I had accidents that caused the nylon to detach from the capsules and it took in two times chocolate and coffee and the device ended up broken.

I bought it again in gray (for no reason) and I am equally satisfied and now twice as careful. The only reason I am deducting a star is the noise and the difficulty in cleaning the water tank.

Classic Dolce Gusto machine that finally has an automatic water meter. It holds much more water in its container compared to the old version I had. I hope it will last for years. It could have a capsule holder like the old version had in its packaging as a gift.

After 1 year of use, the power button sank and had difficulty opening and closing the handle. At 1.5 years, it did not heat up as it should and the circuit board had to be replaced! While it is functioning, it is good, but I would prefer something else!

The damage that occurred to the exhaust during the warranty period was in the head and the "unfortunate" thing is that in order to sort out the warranty, you will have to go through a lot of trouble.
It's better to pay a little more than to go through this inconvenience, unless you don't care

Nice device. Nice coffee. Simple and understandable operation. The capsules have instructions on which scale to use, but you can experiment and make the coffee better according to your taste. It would be wonderful to have more coffee options in supermarkets instead of constantly ordering from various websites

I have exactly this machine for 10 years. I have changed 2 identical automatic devices. I bought the first one for 25 euros with a gift of 12 capsules and a metal case for capsules. The second one for 35 euros with a gift of 24 capsules and 2 cups. Now I need to buy a new machine again.... It costs 128 euros with a 50 percent discount, which means 64 euros.... for laughs...
