After 2.5 years since its introduction, the competition has been unable to bridge the gap that separates it from the fenix 6 pro. Competitors are trying to find small tricks to convince you to buy their product, but it's all just marketing - sapphire, titanium, lower price, sponsorship with elite athletes, it's all in vain. I had suunto, coros, polar, except for coros which is inferior but honest due to its price and materials with a very good application (thanks to the very good athletes who develop it), suunto and polar are far behind (polar has some good features but it is aimed at road or field runners). In conclusion, the best one is Garmin unless you want to try something else.

In less than a month, it got stuck. It displayed a blue triangle on the screen which I tried to reset on the watch but it didn't respond.
I have had a Suunto watch for about 7 years, second-hand (previously owned by a champion hiker), and it still works.
I may have ended up with a faulty product (although I saw videos on YouTube where others faced the same issue). I will stay away from Garmin in the future.

Previous watch the apple watch 6.
No comparison in measurements! Good in battery life there is no comparison.
The only negative (doesn't suit me yet) is the non-touch screen, but I believe I will get used to it!
Very good quality, very light on the hand!
I will come back after some time in order to have a more complete opinion.

It doesn't have a good battery and I haven't had it for even a year! Overall, in terms of build quality and functionality, it is very good but it is not worth its money!

It is an excellent watch with accuracy in measurements and very good build quality. It is lightweight and with the pulse ox disabled, the battery has about 12 days of autonomy. The touchscreen is a disadvantage, but it is covered by an excellent app on the phone and the way all its functions are set up on the buttons. I don't know its durability over time as I have only had it for a month, but it gives you the feeling of a lasting quality.

For the money that the 6 Pro now costs, it is still an excellent choice even now in late '22. For me, it has everything and more than I need for the mountain, and there is no need to constantly fall into the trap of buying the new one with every new change and addition.

Having the product for 5 months now, I can express my opinion. I am amazed by the functions it has, coming from the Huawei GT, there is a huge difference in everything. I use it for open water swimming, surfing, kitesurfing, and gym. I also tried it for fishing, which has an application, and I was amazed by the marks that you can leave, etc. It has many functions and you can add whatever you want from the store. One thing that bothers me is that since I am heavily involved in kitesurfing, it bothers me that it only measures speed and distance and not jumps, and I have to pay a subscription for applications from the store. (And many applications with something specialized require payment) I don't know if I'm being excessive, but okay, a €500 watch with so many features can't measure jump height....
It's worth it though, with everything it has, and at €420 it's a very good price, I recommend it.

Coming from a smartwatch, initially the lack of a touchscreen and the screen itself were quite annoying to me.
I think they are easy to get used to, with very good tracking capabilities and a great Garmin application.

I have it for a month and something, I had the fenix 5x and switched to 6 pro just to have music with me without carrying a phone. Garmin = warranty+quality. I am very satisfied. Easy connection with Bluetooth headphones. Incredible battery! I read some negative comments and I wonder, luckily I didn't end up with a faulty watch. Owner of Garmin forerunner 610, then garmin fenix 5x and now Garmin 6 pro.

Convenient size... No comparison to other smartwatches in terms of battery life... You forget to charge it...
I've had it for 9 months and the only thing I've changed is putting a metal bracelet on it (I don't like the rubber one it comes with).
Maybe a bit overpriced (I bought it for about 500 euros)...

I came to this specific Fitness Watch from the Samsung Gear S3 smartwatch. I wanted better tracking of sports activities, a longer battery life, and the accessories of a smartwatch. It's really worth the purchase. Especially for someone who wants to exercise, go trekking, hiking, etc., this watch is both a great companion and a potential coach due to its programs and the information it provides.

    - The screen is comfortable, clear, and doesn't blind you or turn on automatically like other smartwatches (especially at night, it's annoying). You can easily read messages and notifications.
    - It's very comfortable on the wrist, it doesn't squeeze, and you forget that you're wearing it.
    - It's durable against impacts (it would be good to have a protective glass, I have it since day 1)

Almost 1.5 years later, it still works like a charm. The oxygen sensor is not accurate, and the HR doesn't give accurate readings when running without a belt. However, overall, considering the price now and not when I bought it, it's worth it. It runs smoothly on both Android and iOS. If you want a watch that can withstand rough use, is suitable for sports, and doesn't require daily charging... this is the watch for you.

Very good watch, especially for multisport. If you only want running, there is the Garmin 245 which has almost everything. In my opinion, if you want Multisport and Garmin, go for this one. In the month or so that I have it, I am satisfied and I think it's worth the money (I got it for 420€ with a 20% discount on smartwatches). I am satisfied with the accuracy of the GPS, in a recent marathon it showed only 180m more than the official distance. In older watches I had, the distance would be 300-500m higher. It is relatively bulky but even though I have a small wrist, I don't notice it on my hand, nor does it bother me while running. It easily connects to my mobile (Samsung) and receives all the notifications that my mobile has. So you will have to disable some of them because otherwise it will constantly vibrate on your hand. It has Garmin Pay which all banks now accept, although I haven't tried it yet. Overall, I am very satisfied.

Garmin, what can we say now.... I did a stress test and it showed exactly what the medical device showed, the watch is truly incredible. Plus, I have hit it in various places with the metal bezel and it hasn't even scratched.... I highly recommend it without reservation for professional athletes

Reasons to choose it over Fenix 5:
    a) due to the software that now takes into account temperature in performance
    b) better screen clarity and the ability to have more fields on the screen

Feature that I didn't want but ended up using frequently: you can load an Alpha card and make payments from the watch

Everything is perfect. The only problem is the screen. I bought this watch at the end of May 20 and even though I was very careful and didn't hit it anywhere, a small scratch appeared out of nowhere. The price is not justified, and neither is the advertisement for the gorilla glass that the screen has. If I were to buy a watch now, I would get the fenix 6x sapphire. I regret it.

The best sport watch available. Precise measurements and insightful training aids. Now, for those looking for a smartwatch and not a sportwatch, they should consider other solutions with more multimedia features. For sports, it's the number one!

Unbelievable watch I had in the past but smartwatches are on a whole other level. Congratulations, the only thing that could be improved is its battery life. It's worth every penny and more.

  • After 2.5 years since its introduction, the competition has been unable to bridge the gap that separates it from the fenix 6 pro.

  • In less than a month, it got stuck.

  • Previous watch the apple watch 6.
No comparison in measurements! Good in battery life there is no comparison.
The only negative (doesn't suit me yet) is the non-touch screen, but I believe I will get used to it!
Very good quality, very light on the hand!
I will come back after some time in order to have a more complete opinion.
