The Maiko board game is a memory game for 2 to 4 players, ages 9 and up. Players take on the role of young maiko training their memories by searching for objects in an okiya, the house where geisha are trained. The objects represent the ancestral arts of geisha, and finding two identical tiles reveals one of the nine arts.

Tiles matching a maiko’s color earn points, while tiles of other colors lose points. During their training, players can also acquire kamon tokens, symbols of prestige that let them ask for help from four masters, each with a unique talent. The winner is the maiko with the most points.
