While in the rest of its features (design, build quality, coffee brewing speed) it is very good, it falls very short in the main reason someone would buy it, which is to make good-tasting coffee. We tried it for about a month in a 7-person office and collectively we found that no matter what coffee we used, it produced the same tasteless, flavorless, and odorless black liquid. Of course, it ended up back in its box and stored away. Disappointing.
