First time I see on the same product it says made in Vietnam and next to it made in Indonesia...... Of course, nowhere inside does it say Samsung.... otherwise, cheap construction and the keys are noisy compared to the original ones I had until now..... Draw your own conclusions

Unfortunately, I didn't see the reviews before I bought it. Although it looks authentic, it is much lighter than the real one (I had kept the old one) and the voice command does not work. Nevertheless, it works. I don't know for how long... very expensive for something that is ultimately not genuine.
Δυστυχως δεν ειδα τις κριτικές πριν το αγοράσω. Παρ οτι φαινεται αυθεντικό ειναι πολυ ελαφρύτερο απο το πραγνατικο(ειχα κρατησει το παλιο) και δεν λειτουργει η φωνητική εντολή. Παρ ολ αυτα, δουλεύει. Δεν ξερω για πόσο....πολυ ακριβο για να μην ειναι τελικα γνήσιο.

it is in no way the same as the original even though it says the brand on it. It is not bt, it does not allow you to sync a universal remote, it does not recognize it as authentic. the two plates have no contact with each other. the only good thing is that my original one had broken and I kept the case from the new one which fit perfectly. It is not worth so much money for an ir remote control.

As soon as I opened it, it connected directly to the TV. It is not Bluetooth so it needs to face the TV to work. This lasted for three days. Then suddenly it stopped working. I tried it on all 3 Samsung TVs I have and it doesn't work on any of them. The worst purchase I have made from Skroutz. I paid 70€ for this thing. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Μετά ξαφνικά σταμάτησε να λειτουργεί. Το δοκίμασα και στις 3 τηλεοράσεις samsung που έχω και δε δουλεύει με καμία. Η χειρότερη αγορά που έχω κάνει από το skroutz. Πλήρωσα και 70€ για αυτό το πράγμα. Δεν το συστήνω σε κανέναν.
very difficult to use. first, the battery cover got stuck and wouldn't open, and now it just stopped working on its own. after 4 years of minimal use since we don't watch TV. it didn't fall or get wet, it just stopped working. we changed the batteries but nothing

The worst thing one could get. Completely fake construction, it sticks, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. If someone bought it from a bazaar for 5€, it would be reasonable in terms of performance and construction. One can tell as soon as they hold it in their hand. I don't write often but this product is of very low quality. Keep your money for something else. Stay away!!!

Αν το έπαιρνε κανείς από παζάρι με 5€ θα ήταν λογικό ως προς την απόδοση και την κατασκευή του. Το καταλαβαίνει κανείς με το που το πιάνει κανείς στο χέρι του.
