This remote control is the official product for any compatible screen. It is a typically excellent choice. I got it to replace the -same- product that came with the TV, whose central button broke after about 4-5 years.

I give one star less for two reasons: (i) The central button on the new product is a bit harder to press, although after a month it got a bit better. (ii) I think that compared to the factory product, it has some delay when navigating with the arrows, but not with the cursor.

In general, it does its job. However, sometimes it does not respond and you need to press the button 2-3 times. Also, sometimes the cursor acts up and does not respond

It came with the television, but you know that you pay extra for anything related to electronics. One of the best remote controls

I received my 1200 euro (oledB9) television. Without any damage and with a case from the first month, the wheel broke over time. When I opened it to see, I wondered why it didn't break from the first day. It presses on a plastic fire with a diameter of half a millimeter. It cannot be fixed, only replaced...

I have it for almost 5 years, it has been put in plates, glasses with milk, soft drinks, beers, vomit, it has raised 2 babies and it hasn't understood anything at all. No cases, no covers, nothing, only the red button has been eaten by my daughter, the plastic with the teeth, but it continues to work like new. Let me tell you, I don't think it will ever break.

In some models, it is included in the standard equipment, while in others it is supported but not included in the original TV packaging.
A truly Smart remote control, it accepts voice commands, displays a cursor on the TV, and allows searching on the internet and navigating through the TV menu effortlessly.
Few and easily readable buttons that even in the dark, just by touching them, you know exactly what you are pressing blindly.
It can control soundbars, amplifiers, decoders like Nova, OTE, and whatever else you really want.
All of this, of course, provided that it is supported by an LG TV.
One negative detail.
The white buttons, after a year, started to fade their letters without even being used.

I use it on 2 TVs with absolute success (43LM6300PLA - 24TN520S). It also works for the 65C8 as a bonus. I haven't tried it with voice commands, but I'm not very interested in that.

A very good remote control will solve your hands in relation to the original one included in some models. Whatever choice you want to make on the TV, you do it instantly, as you don't need to press buttons to navigate the cursor.

I had bought it about two years ago (2021) at a much lower price. The wheel is broken and indeed not all the buttons are working.

Simply amazing! My LG TV had it and I didn't buy it. Perfect. Many functions. Incredibly easy to use. You can easily connect it to a decoder (OTE, Nova, etc.) and have everything in one. It also works as a computer mouse and you can easily scroll through the TV menu... And something for the end. It is not necessary to "aim" at the TV... It works without infrared and it is even more functional as it can be used from a great distance without constantly having to lift it and aim at the TV

The best controller I have ever used, very convenient with the mouse that appears when you scroll the wheel a little and then the controller turns into a wireless pointer mouse. It was also useful for YouTube, Netflix, as well as for adjusting the TV settings, which became much easier. Now, whether it's worth its money is up to each person's taste, but it worked really well for me!
