It is generally a good product, the plates are thin, hopefully the non-stick coating won't wear off quickly, it requires attention to scratches like all sandwich makers after all, very convenient with the five different plates, you can make whatever you want, one downside is that it takes a while to heat up and cook in general, but it cooks evenly.

I come back, after several months of use, the cooking is fast, maybe at first it needed more time to work, now it's great, slightly smaller capacity than other sandwich makers, great service with the different plates, you can make everything, no problem in the dishwasher, just be careful not to scratch the plates.

In no case is it non-stick, it has a non-stick film that comes off after the first uses and ends up like what you see. The store's response was that I should put "enough butter". If I have to put "enough butter", IT IS NOT NON-STICK.

  • I have had it for 6 months. It is one of the best ones I have bought.... I just wish it was 1 centimeter bigger to fit the toast without getting dirty on the outside. The removable plates are all amazing! I remove them, wash them on the spot, and they are like new....

  • Average build quality. The toaster is quite easy to clean and the removable plates are quite convenient and non-stick, but they require a lot of attention. Personally, I avoid using sharp objects to prevent scratching them (after all, with all non-stick surfaces, sharp objects should be handled carefully, otherwise they will become useless).

I only use it for toast, so I have no opinion on whether it can bake waffles or not. The reason I deducted one star is because if I put the toast and close the lid completely, the toast becomes hard (not crispy). To make them crispy, I let the lid simply fall on the toast (not pressing them from the beginning) for 1-2 minutes and then I close the lid completely and let them cook.

Update after 7 months of use.
The screws that connect the "lid" to the bottom part of the toaster have completely worn out from the base.
The device short circuits and trips the safety switch.
1 out of 5 now (initially gave it 3 stars for leniency)

The toaster is cheaply made, like most of them. The biggest problem is that it doesn't toast the bread evenly. Half of it gets burnt and the other half remains untoasted. It toasts bread relatively quickly, but waffles take a very long time.
The advantage is the many alternative plates for different types of cooking.
    A mediocre purchase.

The Adler AD 3040 Toaster 1200W was purchased on 06/11/2020 - it is very small (but parliamentary) my daughter used it only twice (made waffles), we noticed that the top plates do not heat enough and the lid does not close tightly (it remains loose - it presses a little), so the top part of the waffles remains uncooked. We will continue to evaluate for another month.
Hello again. After a month of use, we noticed that it takes more time to heat up. The toasties turn out fine, crispy, just the way my daughter likes them. She loves them crispy. However, now we will try making different sweets with the different plates it contains, and after the holidays, we will evaluate again.
