I have three and all have suffered the same damage within a year. Very disappointed also with the company's attitude

I have the same thermos in a 750ml size for about 3 years now and it always kept the water very cold for hours. I recently bought this 500ml bottle, but unfortunately it does not have the same performance. The water loses its coolness quite quickly, even with ice inside. Otherwise, it is well-made, beautiful and does not leak, but the insulation of this particular model disappointed me.

I have tried some thermoses from time to time, but this one is the best. All summer it kept me looking good; my job is permanently outdoors, so I left it in the car where it was hit by the sun, and while the outside was hot, the water inside was very cold. The best for its price.

Incredible product that lasts over time. At first, I had it for personal use, then as a thermos with the small one for milk. It keeps it warm and cold for as long as it says. It can hold a sufficient amount

It is very good. Just if you leave water inside for a couple of days, it will smell. Not bad, but it will smell. However, generally, even if you rinse it with water, the smell goes away immediately. I have noticed that if you use it daily, it doesn't catch any odors. It also keeps the water cool for many hours. I consider it worth its money!!

It is the best company in this category. Quality construction, beautiful designs, many options, maintains temperature. Those who have a problem and it doesn't keep them, their thermos has a problem. You can tell if a thermos has a problem if it is warm on the outside.

I have it in several sizes and colors, as the whole family uses it and I have been completely satisfied. This is true for the beach that is mentioned in another review. It keeps the water icy for hours even under the hot sun. I really like the fact that it doesn't "sweat" externally, so I can even have it in my bag without worrying. My husband uses the small bottle for his Greek coffee at work and even though its aroma is strong, I leave it with a little dish soap and water for a few hours and then it doesn't smell at all. I haven't needed to transport food yet, but when I do, I will definitely get another one. It may seem somewhat expensive, but it's worth it 100%.

Okay, this particular bottle is amazing. Since I got it, I haven't drunk water from anywhere else. I fill it with tap or fridge water and it easily maintains its temperature for a whole day, as I have tested. The size is a big plus, and it closes very well, so I always throw it in my bag to have it with me at work, the gym, etc. It's an incredible value for money purchase.

I have it for 7-8 months. It keeps cold water for many hours. I haven't tried it with hot water. It doesn't leak, even when I carry it in my bag.
On the negative side, even when used for water, it acquires an unpleasant smell. Additionally, it is quite heavy. But this may be inevitable in order for it to be efficient!

It keeps hot drinks warm for sure 8 hours and the cold ones just as well. It is difficult to wash. Overall, it is top-notch and worth every penny. The only downside for me is that ice cubes cannot fit in.

Certainly, it is the most beautiful and modern one available in warm but practically it does not keep the water temperature above 5 hours

It is the best, really. It was worth its money. At first, it seemed like a lot, but after I got it, I was very happy. It keeps warm for many hours. Sturdy construction that doesn't heat up the outer part at all, so you don't get burned. It closes with so much safety and certainty. I would buy it again every time. Oh, and the texture with the black color that I bought, incredibly impressive. It's worth it!
