It is of good quality, nothing like the 15€ straps, but unjustifiably expensive. In general, GARMIN is ruthless with the prices of accessories - spare parts. The positive thing is that it fits most of the company's models with a width of 22mm.

High quality strap

Very nice strap, easy to install. There is a difference in the shade compared to the photo.

The genuine straps from GARMIN comfortably last about 2 years, with moderate to intensive use and with relatively good maintenance (regular cleaning, no exposure to chemicals, etc.). The most important thing is that they hold up quite well even if the wear is visible; in a way, they warn you when it's time for a replacement, unlike cheap copies that can "let you down" when you least expect it. The price, however, could be lower.

If you want it for sports activity and not just for show, the genuine Garmin strap is the way to go. I have experimented in the past with third-party straps and I was never completely satisfied. Some irritated the skin with sweat, some faded in the sun and turned from orange to pink, some broke, etc. I got the genuine one and I felt relieved. Not to mention that I consider this one to be slightly better than the factory strap that comes with the Fenix 7.

Owner recently of the Garmin Epix Gen 2 Pro. I have tried many straps from various companies costing 10-15 euros in order to finally settle on authentic Garmin straps. Truly no comparison in terms of comfort and quality. And the watch is noticeably upgraded. Instead of buying 3-4 different colors of disposable straps, choose the strap that comes with the watch from the beginning, plus an authentic one.
