In 1890, the Rossi brothers attempted to create an exceptionally dry vermouth. After effort and the passage of 10 years, they created Martini Extra Dry, which was first presented on New Year's Day in 1900. Its characteristic features are its bright color and fine fruity aromas. Delicate, elegant, fresh with notes of raspberry and lemon and subtle wood aromas that play a significant role in the drink's balance. It is served with ice and lemon juice.
