We have an old kitchen and it took about 30 minutes to fry a batch of potatoes, which I would describe as boiled-fried. With the Bormann, we fry 2 batches in 20 minutes and they are fried. Strong fire adjustable in 3 levels, low, strong, and medium (you adjust it by eye, it doesn't have its own position on the button). It seems to have a better construction quality and it is easy to clean. Also, the pipe to which the low-pressure regulator hose is connected rotates and can take different positions, and it is as thick as needed so that it doesn't release the oil when connecting the hose.

Δυνατή φωτιά ρυθμιζόμενη σε 3 σκάλες, χαμηλή, δυνατή και μέτρια (τη ρυθμίζεις με το μάτι, δεν έχει δική της θέση στο κουμπί). Φαίνεται πιοτική κατασκευή και είναι εύκολο το καθάρισμα. Επίσης το σωληνάκι στο οποίο συνδέεται το λάστιχο του ρυθμιστή χαμηλής πίεσης περιστρέφεται και μπορεί να πάρει διάφορες θέσεις και είναι όσο χρειάζεται χοντρό ώστε να μήν σου βγάλει το λάδι για να συνδέσεις το λάστιχο.
