Legislative changes regarding collective labor relations that occurred in the two years since the previous edition and the production of rich jurisprudential material during this period made a new edition necessary.

This new edition maintains the same goal as the previous editions: to present, in a clear, systematic way and without unnecessary theoretical analyses, the most important aspects of collective labor relations, such as trade union freedoms, the conclusion of collective labor agreements, and the right to strike.
