This is the second one I buy, I use it for the sensitive area because of the trimmer, it's more than worth its money. In the first machine, the battery with use 2-3 times a week, lasted over 2 years. It could last even longer, I just got bored of charging it every 2 uses.

I liked the variety - options of accessories for cutting sideburns, nose hair.
I did not like the packaging. As for the quality of the Remington device, time will show how good it is

The perfect example that design is the main thing in a product. It doesn't clog, has very small blades, and cuts very well, it's quiet and has little vibration. I shave with this and the head it has in the picture. No more foams and razors. I hope the blades stay sharp for a long time. So far it's okay, so many months later. I also use it for the haircut when I cut my hair myself to do a fade, and it does a great job. I've bought machines that cost three times as much which, due to their design, made me lose my patience at every step.

I have it for four or five years. I have no complaints and I mainly use it for beard grooming. I don't have a thick beard, but it's not thin either. It doesn't clog and the battery easily lasts one and a half hours as the manufacturer claims, even after all these years. Charging time varies depending on how empty it is, taking 1.30 to 2 hours. Of course, there is proper usage and I charge it according to the manufacturer's specifications (it needs to be fully discharged a few times in order to achieve a full charge). If you want it for body grooming, it's not as suitable. For the beard, I would buy it again, I am satisfied.

I bought it in 2016. It broke this year, 2021, because I unscrewed it to clean it and never screwed it back correctly.

-POSITIVES: Perfect fades due to the multiple cutting levels, resistant to humidity (I always keep it in the bathroom), excellent construction (it has fallen countless times and nothing happened), and overall I have been using it for trimming every week for 5 years and nothing happened.

-NEGATIVES: It requires many hours of charging to be possible, of course, after a few months, with one charge it gave me about 3 haircuts, and I'm only talking about the ones I did with it.

Conclusion: It is definitely worth the price. Just for your information, I ordered it again on Monday, 15/11/21.

I have had it since the end of '16 and I stopped using it in 2019 because the battery only lasted for one shave. This product does not have durability. However, as a positive, I would say that the teeth of the heads do not pinch you.

I am the owner of the device for two years and what I have to say is that for the money, it's better to choose something else. The battery weakens after 2 years with a single shave (it takes 8-9 hours to charge) and it requires cleaning from the hairs after each shave to work properly. It is mediocre for its price

The battery of it does not hold for any reason from the first days of purchase. After hours of charging, there is still no power to trim a beard. Also, you cannot use it with the cable to give it a little extra power. The plastic protector became useless almost immediately. The attachments are okay, it has two or three, but if the machine worked, it might have received an extra star. Yes, I bought it for 19€ at Media Markt, but even joke machines should at least give some decent trimming. So, stay away, my dear ones

I bought it from a store. It constantly gets clogged, resulting in me taking over 30 minutes to do what used to take me 5-10 minutes with my previous trimmer. Especially the large comb, it's difficult to remove and clean, while the other combs are easier to clean. The attachment for deep shaving is relatively good, but it made my neck red. Also, you have to go over the same area multiple times for proper results. I returned it and I'm looking for another one. I'm not demanding, considering I have been using a silvercrest trimmer for years and I am very satisfied.

Small in size, cheaply made, the blades do not make good contact with the body, resulting in it hardly cutting at all, and needing to unscrew the screws on the head to open it up, clean it, and screw it back in a way that it cuts, after experimentation.
In the first month, the transparent comb broke and it was difficult for them to replace it at the service. I had to complain and escalate it to the sales manager for her to agree to give me a new one. Overall, a weak machine.

The battery is non-existent. It's a shame that it can't hold a charge. Other than that, it works fine. It's difficult to clean.

Negative. The battery lasts for 15 minutes at full power. It is not cleaned easily.

Because I read your previous reviews and I would like to share my opinion too!!! I bought it in April 2014 because it was at a good price, I only wanted it for shaving because I didn't want to use a razor!!!! I liked it a lot at first and I was impressed with its performance because I started shaving with it right away (once a week, please, since 2014). The battery personally had no issues at all and it charges quickly (about 3 hours) and lasts comfortably for 2 months!!! Quite satisfied

It's not worth it, it easily gets clogged up, resulting in the battery running out very quickly. It takes a long time to charge and only gets discharged with one shake. It has convenient accessories, but the clogging and the battery that doesn't hold up ruin it.

Guys (with the negative comments), relax!!! You get a 17 euro machine that, as you say, lasts for a year and is perfect, but then blah blah blah! How is it possible for it to last a lifetime... invest in something more expensive if you have expectations... have a little mercy, didn't you spend a fortune! Well, the machine is AWESOME... after 3 months of daily shaving, it's perfect, its battery lasts for days, and it has many attachments, so obviously it's value for money! And if it breaks down every year, I will still buy the same one.

3 years user of this particular model, the first year was quite good and VFM as it shaved well (and still does), from there the motor weakened a bit and the worst part is the battery that doesn't last more than 15 minutes! You have to shave as quickly as possible before the battery runs out and you're left... half! Obviously, in order for it to last 15 minutes, I have to have it charging for 2 days, if I forget, goodnight! The worst part of all is that I can't use it while it's connected to the power even if it draws power directly without using the batteries, something that a much cheaper electric shaver did easily... Useless and cheaper! Unfortunately, I am disappointed because I expected a good and reliable product from Remington! Stay away from this one...

I have had it for four years and it really hasn't given me any problems... it doesn't cause any skin irritations, especially on the body where I use it the most!!

I had it for about a year and everything was fine! Suddenly one day, while it was fully charged, the motor gave up! I replaced it on 12/12/2017 through the warranty and got the same one! Big mistake in the end! Today, 7/1/2018, not even a month after the replacement (I bought a new one myself from the shelf), the same known problem with the motor. Even though it is fully charged, it doesn't work! And the worst part is that it died on me while I had already shaved half of my face! Although I was satisfied, I will not choose it again!

Small in size, cheaply made, easily gets clogged, the blades do not have good contact with the body resulting in almost no cutting, not worth the 23€.

Average to poor model from the company. Useful only for trimming with some effort. Compared to a previous model from the company, which had better construction and more components, this one is far worse in terms of battery and motor.

After about 12 months of use, I would like to note the following:

1. Cheap construction
2. Weak motor
3. Long charging time
4. Does not last more than 10 minutes (if at all!)
5. The battery is likely worn out

Do not be fooled by the name Remington... it is simply a CHEAP CHINESE machine with a well-known brand name.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND it as a purchase... unless you are looking for something cheap...

Little power in the motor and it needs many hours to charge. Also, with the attachment for a close shave, it pulls the hairs more than it cuts them.
I would only recommend it for occasional use.

Unfortunately, its power is a big negative. To trim a medium beard, it takes over 10 minutes. The previous izzy I had, despite being of inferior construction quality, was much faster and stronger and significantly cheaper. The only positive thing is that if you use it without the height adjuster, it doesn't irritate your skin.

I am not completely satisfied. The battery runs out after each shave. I do not shave easily. In order to be able to shave and leave a little bit of beard, I also use foam because if you use it without water/foam, it easily gets stuck

I can't imagine what more anyone would expect for this money. It is definitely better and more useful than many more expensive ones. The only thing I regret is not having bought it earlier.

Lightweight, convenient, quiet. Not very powerful but that is not always a disadvantage because it never hurts you. With one charge, it provides 3 shaves and haircuts together. It also has a plethora of accessories as well as a base for all of them together and for the machine. I believe at this price it is an excellent purchase.
