    I am normally a shoe size 37 , but I have noticed in Parex shoes I am always a different size.
    37 is big on me and 36 too tight.
    So I ordered 36 in this shoe hoping it to be okay, it is a bit tight , I think I would have needed half a size bigger. But its okay, I will get the 37 size and probably give the smaller one to a friend or something.
    So maybe stick to your size and if they are a bit big you can always add pads.
    All in All Parex shoes are great quality I know as I have a few different Parex shoes including boots and have had them for years.
