Possession, as a temporary regulation of real property relations or as a temporary legal (real) relationship, an external manifestation of a real right and a fundamental prerequisite for adverse possession, constitutes an important asset, the protection of which has particular theoretical and practical significance.

This book examines the judicial protection of possession, based on the findings of Greek theory and case law. The first part contains a systematic interpretation, the second part provides an article-by-article interpretation of the provisions of the Civil Code, Civil Procedure Code, and special laws, and the third part presents a series of templates.
