I received it on Thursday the 3rd, today is Saturday, June 6th, and I did the first test on two chairs and the sofa. Under the cushions, a lot of dust had accumulated over the years that wouldn't come off no matter what, it had turned black. The chairs had various stains. I used the liquid that was included in the package and, overall, I am satisfied. I have no experience with a similar product and I will only mention what bothered me. The spray has a large diameter, so you have to go over the spot three times, and because you have to go slowly, the fabric manages to soak it up. I encountered this with the chairs that are upholstered and have foam material underneath—they got soaked, so I have them on the balcony to dry, luckily it's warm. On the sofa, it did the job, but in the corners, a lot of water went in, it was hard to extract and I can't take it out to the balcony. Also, it's very noisy, like a compressor. I kind of regret it. If it was at €80, I would give it 5*.

I bought it to clean the little sofa where the dog sleeps and continued with the whole living room. The result is amazing. Also, regarding comments that the hose breaks, mine came with a different flexible hose than the one I saw in comments that gets cut. Time will tell. The only negative is the smell from the cleaner included in the package, but to learn how to use it, it's just fine.

It does its job and more. And it dries very quickly! This one was preferred over the pet version because of the large nozzle. As for the construction, while the vacuum is sturdy, the tube is indeed flimsy. It needs reinforcement. Easy. Until then, don't press it when you try to wrap it and when you use it, don't pull it to reach the limit. Personally, I found it extremely noisy. I didn't expect it to be this good.

Before I bought it, I read quite a few comments and one of the things that scared me was that the vacuum's tube breaks. Yesterday, 19/01, I received it and indeed the tube comes wrapped and it needs attention, maybe even a bit of reinforcement at that spot. However, I will let the photos of my sofa, the before and after, speak for themselves. EXCELLENT RESULT!

We bought it without a second thought because we have a small child who vomits on carpets, so we needed something to wash the carpets with. As soon as I received it, I used it and I can say that it did a very good job on stains from vomit and food.

Tragic! Very heavy and very noisy... it has a very short tube and you can hardly do anything unless you hold the device high so it can reach... also, it's certain that the tube will break at the point where it connects to the head... for this money, there are far better options

After considerable use in short-term rental accommodations, the vacuum cleaner proves to be extremely effective. It cleans stains from sofas, beds, mattresses, armchairs, and carpets without any problem—really everything!

This thing is powerful, does its job excellently. But, my God is it loud! If you're sensitive to noise, like myself—be aware, use earplugs, because this little thing is as loud as jet engine. I had to take one star down for that matter.

(Bissel guys, if you're reading this, please consider an upgrade to make the bloody turbine a bit quieter, it's really a hearing hazard)

Also! Make sure to lock your pets in another room to not stress them out by the noise.

Now, speaking about parts. At first glance the hose seems unreliable, but we'll see. If you use it with care, I believe, it will serve you alright. The nozzles, though... the big one is constructed in such way that you can't remove the lid for cleaning without almost breaking it. Also, changing the nozzles is quite a fuss—mind your nails! The latch is so tiny and you have to push it so hard to remove the nozzle, it makes the whole process a toil.

Other than that... this vac does what it's supposed to do. Loud and proud.

It's perfect! It has solved our problems! We cleaned carpets, upholstery on sofas, car seats, mattresses, and everything came out brown water and then became like new! It's important to mention that you have to wait for them to dry afterward because it leaves moisture, but okay, that's reasonable since the surfaces are essentially being washed. The only problem we faced is the noise it makes; we have to use it at times when we don't disturb the neighbors, and that's it! Other than that, it's super and does its job very well!

Don't be fooled by the price and get tempted, after 3-4 hours of use the suction hose broke and I had to use tape. There are no spare parts available and I am waiting with the store for a replacement. Very noisy, short hose, no wheels

Very very very good product. Bought it for my couches and mattresses , made them like new. Worth every penny spent! Yes it is noisy but all this kind of machines are, none is silent ?. My couches were dry in 2 hours.

I bought it after reading the other reviews. My initial thought is to use it on the mattresses and sofas. For the mattress, I am not at all satisfied since the stains did not come out and the suction did not work as I wanted, so the mattress was wet for several hours... for the sofas, it did a better job. I will try in the future to buy other cleaning products from the same brand in case what is inside the box is not enough for my situation. Generally, it is noisy but bearable. It does not have wheels, so we need to carry it.

The hose broke after a few uses.
Be careful with the connection of the hose.
Before it breaks, put tape on it to prevent it from bending.
The plastic piece where the attachment clicks broke too.
Don't press it too hard.
Over time it breaks; it's not meant for heavy use.

It saved me from my dogs who pee on the couch!! I don't have carpets so I don't have an opinion, but whatever spills on the couch it absorbs immediately, if you catch it before it dries, it makes it like new!
