I bought two devices, one of which I gave as a gift, and both broke exactly during the warranty period. One machine was barely used. I called the service center several times and they told me they would contact me, but no one ever did. I called again, mentioned the situation, and of course they were willing to assist me, after the warranty had expired. It's not a coincidence that both machines had the same problems (water leaking from everywhere except where the coffee comes out, the lid on top opening and closing with difficulty, and one of them even broke), despite having different usage. In the end, both machines went to recycling.

I have had it for a week. I chose it because it accepts various types of capsules, as well as ground coffee. Additionally, it claimed to have 19 bars of pressure. There were no instructions in Greek. In English, they were incomplete and only covered the basics. It mentioned that I could adjust the brewing time, but there were no instructions. I sent an email to the company SOGO, and the technical department contacted me within 2 days. They told me that there is no possibility of adjustment and it is mentioned because the instructions are the same as another model. As I searched online, there is no other similar model in the international market with the SS-5675. They probably consider customers uninformed, and it is unacceptable for a machine with an initial price of 250 euros to not have proper instructions, especially in Greek.
Now, onto the actual product. For the initial operation, it requires some preparation. The relevant instructions were not in the manual, but on a separate piece of paper in English, stating that I need to pour water into the base of the water container and send it with pressure. Nowhere did it mention that I should use the existing "syringe". The different coffee holders work well, but the one for ground coffee requires a specific placement, which is not mentioned anywhere. It needs to be placed in a certain position and locked with a small turn in order to achieve pressure. The water temperature is not very high. I tried both ground coffee and capsules, and it did not satisfy me as I would have expected. The damage is limited to the 100 euros it cost me.
P.S. The Greek translation they sent me translates the term "brewing" as "fermentation"!

Οι διαφορετικοί υποδοχείς του καφέ λειτουργούν καλά, όμως αυτός του χύμα μονής δόσης χρειάζεται ειδική τοποθέτηση στην θέση του, που δεν γράφεται πουθένά, δηλαδή το μικρό εξόγκωμα κάτω από το γείσο, μπαίνει σε μια ορισμένη θέση και κλειδώνει με μικρή στροφή, προκειμένου να επιτευχθεί η πίεση.
