Translated as "Breath of God" and named after the winds descending from Mount Miwa in Nara, Kamiki is a modern blended whisky bound by the ancient traditions of the Kansai region of Japan. The aromas of apples and peaches soaked in honey are followed by dried fruits and tobacco smoke. The palate brings forward the aforementioned notes, now intertwined with fresh incense, ginger, and cedarwood sandalwood. Exceptionally balanced with heather honey, sweet caramel, Japanese plum, balanced oak, peat, and toffee with notes of sandalwood and green tea. Non-chill filtered, with 48% alcohol to preserve its natural flavors to the fullest. Blended with its excellent taste rather than a predetermined ratio.
