The removable plates are very convenient. I had exactly the same one and bought it again because the heating element burned out after 2 years. Overall, though, it seems to be a quality product for its price.

Quality construction. It heats incredibly fast to the point where if you don't set a timer, it burns. The thermostat deactivates at high temperatures. Especially with fatty foods like cheese, the temperature is so high that it discolors and gradually destroys them. I've had it for a year and the signs are visible even though I clean it carefully.

After half a year of use, the red light burned out. After one year, it simply stopped working, probably due to burnt resistors. Money wasted.

It is a very mediocre product with a price higher than it deserves.
The reasons:
Quality, Lightweight cheap construction, The clip is small and fragile, given that it will break at some point.
The plates have a ceramic coating, they are not solid ceramic. The overall construction is below average.
Toasting. Due to the fact that the plates are thin, the toast is cooked quickly but not evenly and it does not become crispy at all. It remains soft and in some areas it may get stuck. So you see one half of the toast yellow and the other brown.
After a few months of use, the toaster is now disposable, the plates no longer clean and have acquired a permanent brown color, and the toast sticks.
The toasting is not very bad, it burns in the center while it is less cooked in the outer corners.
Now I am looking for another toaster.

A good choice so far. It toasts quickly and crisps the bread perfectly. The only downside is that the bottom gets perfectly toasted while the top is not as much, but I flip them over and they turn out exactly as they should.

The toaster is generally very good, but if you try to make toast with the triangular attachment, it is best not to put two together on the right and left because the two outer triangles will remain uncooked while the two center ones will already be done... it toasts unevenly, you see... it's because of the way the heating elements are placed underneath... the problem can only be solved if you put one toast at a time in the center of the toaster!

Very good value for money. The sandwiches toast very quickly. It is indeed incredibly non-stick and it is convenient that the plates are removable. For the waffles, I have made them with both types, with baking powder and with yeast. The plates need to be heated first, the light should turn off and then you can put the batter in. For the one with baking powder, make sure to fill the space well with the mixture, otherwise it won't turn out good. And they are ready in about 5 minutes (the sandwiches earlier). (I chose it because I saw that the company's importer also sells the plates separately as spare parts.)
P.S.: I deducted some stars because it doesn't cook evenly, but not to the point where it's burnt in some areas and uncooked in others

I preferred this one for the ceramic plates. It heats up quickly for 800 watts and cleans easily with a little paper. It has detachable plates that can be easily removed. On the first day, I was disappointed because it left a strange smell from the plates. (In the first use, let the plates burn to get rid of the smell.)
