With a diameter of 12 centimeters, it is ideal for point massage on various parts of the body. It is especially suitable for treating deep muscle groups or hard-to-reach areas of the body, such as the glutes, neck, and shoulders. With the BALL 12, you can pinpoint and address specific painful points (trigger points).

The BLACKROLL® BALL is available in two different sizes – with a diameter of 8 cm or 12 cm. They are ideal for use together.
