    If you are taking T4 for the thyroid, generally if you have issues with the thyroid or have had it removed, be cautious. There is a possibility that it may raise TSH levels, so it would be good for anyone taking it to get tested afterward to check it, regardless of whether they have an issue or not. I read online from others that after taking it, they had strange thyroid levels. I mention this because I tend to believe that it worked this way for me and so you should be aware. I haven't seen any research on this and I don't know if any has been done. It may not be true and there may be no relation between the two, but just keep an eye on it
