I'm very happy with this purchase. The design of this Samsung microwave is very cool and it seems well built. It really stands out in the kitchen.
For food heating, it does a great job. It heats the food evenly and unlike many models I tried in the same price range, There are many pre-set cooking functions, if you're into that sort of thing. I've honestly only ever adjusted the power levels between maximum power and defrost. I really love the grill function that this model comes with. Trust me, you will find this very handy, especially because it comes with a nice little shelf to put inside so that the food gets closer to the heat element whilst grilling. It does a great job too.
There and a few extra little features that I like, for example the blue digital 24hr clock and timer. It has a nice trick when it has finished heating and the timer beeps to let you know. It repeats the beep again if you don't open the door, just as a reminder or in case you didn't hear it the first time. Very smart!
Inside the microwave it is all ceramic, which is well constructed and easy to clean. Well designed and quality.
The one thing that was a shame with the design was the interior light. It's just not powerful enough of a bulb. When the door is closed and the food is heating, you can hardly see inside of the microwave, and sometimes this is necessary, especially when grilling! It's a real shame, because everything else looks and works great. I guess that you can't have everything!
