    It works, I use it for my elderly mother who has a magnesium deficiency and often has pain and/or swelling in her legs, along with Epsom Salts "Ola Bio Epsom Salt 500gr". When I have time, I give her a foot bath with Epsom Salts; when I don't have time or the pain persists, I apply Rowo to her lower legs and calves. She has improved a lot with both mentioned products, and it is essential to cut out sugar consumption because it does a lot of damage to the legs of the elderly.
