— “On Alonissos”: A speech by the orator urging Athens to reject Philip's proposals for arbitration in the matter of the Thracian cities and for the cession of Alonissos. The authenticity of the speech is questioned.
— “On Those in Chersonesus”: Demosthenes, supporting the general Diopithes, argues and manages to convince the Athenians to persist in confronting Philip and not to withdraw their forces from Chersonesus (the present-day peninsula of Gallipoli).
— “[Philip’s] Letter”: A communication from Philip to the Athenians at the time when the king of Macedonia was in Thrace. The authenticity of the letter is questioned.
— “In Response to Philip’s Letter”: A response to the previous letter.
— “On the Treaties with Alexander”: Alexander succeeds Philip on the throne, consolidates his power, and establishes friendly regimes in many cities. The speaker accuses him of violating the treaties and calls on the Athenians to confront him.
— “On the Constitution”: During a discussion in the Assembly concerning the “theoria” funds, Demosthenes takes the floor and proposes to his fellow citizens a system of economic and administrative organization (“constitution”) to strengthen the city.
