I bought 6 pieces 5 months ago, and they've been very convenient! I've never had any leaks, they close very easily with a characteristic sound. No problem even when I put them in the microwave (without the lid).
Sometimes oil gets under the rubber ring. I deal with it by removing the rubber ring with a small knife, washing it, washing the groove of the lid with a cotton swab, and then putting the rubber ring back in.
