I trusted the positive reviews and so I bought 2 pieces, one for me and one for my daughter. We both have very frizzy hair, but my daughter has double the amount. The result?? It makes her hair stick in 5-7 minutes and holds without breaking, while I need 3-4 passes all together because my hair is in a phase where the straightening keratin I had done 4 months ago is fading. I don't use more than 210° temperature and I always apply chi keratin oil, the gold one. The only negative is that it smells a bit, which doesn't bother me at all. The tool is perfect and I tell you this as a hairdresser!

Very good. I bought it for my daughter (15 years old) who has wavy, almost curly hair down to her waist. It straightens them perfectly, by herself, in 30'-45'. She is very satisfied. She has been using it for about 1 month and it doesn't seem to damage her hair. It is definitely worth the money.

The result is perfect. The hair does not frizz and it lasts. However, there is one negative: it leaves a terrible smell in the hair that doesn't go away even after the next wash. While the hair is still wet, the smell is unbearable.
Update: the terrible smell remained in the washed, wet hair even a month later without using it again.

Very good! Heats up quickly... My hair is curly and unruly but it straightened it as much as I wanted very quickly (5 minutes). If I did it for longer, it would be even better. I would recommend it!

I bought it because of many good reviews I saw.
I am disappointed though because while it straightens quickly, after 1 use following a haircut, it already caused split ends. (and I straighten at 200 degrees)

I have straight hair and I tried it at 190 degrees with heat protection spray and silk from the chi company and I was very satisfied.
I also tried it on very damaged, dyed, and stressed hair with the same products up to 200 degrees and I can say that it did a very good job.
It doesn't frizz.

We have had various hair straighteners over the years... long-haired Himalayan Geti, for 3 girls even, our friends understand the struggle! Over time, this model stood out, so now that we needed a second one, we got the same one again. It does a very good job, it is incredibly convenient that it has a large surface area (we call it "the blade"). It quickly heats up and maintains a steady temperature. It only takes a good and relatively slow pass for each section to straighten well. The hair easily holds up until the next wash. Just if you have long hair, well, arm yourself with patience. It does, however, require less time than other comparable straighteners from other brands.
